Re: New Firmware
myroutapp most definitely does via and shaping points. https://support.myrouteapp.com/support/solutions/articles/12000075572-manual-waypoints- then saved as the gpx 1.1 beta designed for the XT. "You are 'navigating' a track. Tracks don't behave the same way as routes." well, i am trying t...

Re: New Firmware
Sorry if that came off grouchy, didn't intend for that. Thank you all for your time and efforts, I greatly appreciate it. ( I'm a guy who has say 40 tracks plus for areas I travel to, plus markers on like 50 roads, so I can pick a road, adventure routing, and have a good time seeing new sites. The t...

Re: New Firmware
For comparison, my tomtom will route me to the closest part of the track, and continue routing the rest of it, making changes as needed to keep on the track. It works tons better, for sure. I bought the xt for the live weather, it probably was a mistake. One bike more than on occasion add the tomtom...

Re: Saved track statistics
I was playing around, and saw the saved data on the auto recorded routes the XT saves. my speed, was 56 57 56 107 57 umm nope. lol
there were also spots of zero. so it seems glitchy, but was interesting to see. first time looking at auto saves.

Re: New Firmware
I took a look at your track and thought - 'why is the straight bit dotted' ? So I converted a normal road route into a track on Basecamp, sent that to Zumo and imported it. Excuse my thinking out loud in this post - much of this is stuff I hadn't come across before. No problem, thank you for the ti...

Re: New Firmware

Re: New Firmware
say, i see how to display all tracks, groups of tracks, but how do i choose to display 1 track. ?? it use to be an option to display, along with setting color and other things, (yes i see the set color) I usually show a track, then navigate over the track, so both are displayed. just updated maps, a...

Re: Saved track statistics
Sorry, I was pointing out that all of the information that you needed in order to obtain those statistics was available - albeit in a different form. However, - since you showed that particular screen - the Zumo has something similar. if you click the button that shows the speed on the map display,...

Re: Saved track statistics
the XT, there are 2 ways, the track recording screen, that keeps track of stuff, then when done, stop and save or delete what you did riding. the next way, is on the main navigating map, hit the speed, and stats show up, trip a, b, and more information, that can be reset. my opinion the tomtom is n...

Re: Saved track statistics
I wish I saw this before :-). I was debating between Garmin and Tomtom and Track Recording was one of the reasons why I got the Garmin. However, I can't find a way to see the average moving speed or max speed (in Garmin Explore, it does show the basic data). I am really bumed out, is there any way ...
