On my device I have Western Europe 2021.30 but no folder in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map with 2021.30 in the name.

Garmin is useless, pretty much every ride I have done with the XT tries to re-route me because it thinks roads are closed when they are not, I've turned Traffic off altogether.
