Re: ARE THERE ANY MAC USERS?
Why doesn't my Mac mini or MacBook read the XT2. It does not show up under "Location"? Thus I can not transfer a route to the XT2? I tried 10 different USB-c cables, all with the same result.

Re: ALTITUDE READING
Thank you for the feedback. I was asking with regards to my Nav6 for my BMW 1600, you can change the viewing screen presentation. Thus elevation and direction I add with time to arrive and milage remains. I can not see the ability to change the XT2.

Re: HOW TO SHARE A ROUTE FROM XT@ TO XT
That's why we don't understand why.
1. Make route up in basecamp
2. Highlight route under "My Collection"
3. Open file and click Export the highlighted route
4. Export to document file (GPXv1.1 format)
5 open email and attach a document
6. send

HOW TO SHARE A ROUTE FROM XT@ TO XT
I created a route using Basecamp (Mac) and exported to my XT2 (via SD card). I would like to share with my friend who has an XT. I've tried sending him the GPX file, but it does not work when he opens it? So can I get close to his XT and send it another way? The manual say use Explore?

Re: BASECAMP AND XT2
The best way to download a route was to download to the SD card and then import from there. What ever I was doing on my MS 10 system did not want to download to the XT2. It wanted to go to Tread and redo the route. I will test the route to see if it wants to recalculate it when I start.

Re: BASECAMP AND XT2
I provided input about XT2 and apple in other threads, but I"ll put some here if you missed it. I called and talked to Garmin about Mac and found out that the XT and XT2 was built on an Android system and does not play with apple. SO I plugged the XT2 into my old MS10 Think Pad and both the hard ...
