According to this post MS will increase the limit for FAT32 from 32GB to 2TB. If my understanding is correct that could make life easier when formatting large SD cards for the Zumo. That is indeed something to check. See if you can relate the date/time to the 'unexpected reboots'.

I was thinking like this. As long as the Zumo gets its power via the Bike it works fine. But when it goes into standby, and relies on the power from the satnav battery if fails. I could have been clearer. I should have read better! My Xt is not wired directly to the battery, but on the ignition. I agree with people that dont use the Zumo's Fuel Gauge. Dont need that, when the bike and I know better. But there's something else I need to know that the Zumo CAN help with. And that is: "Where are the fuel stations up ahead in the route, and how far are they?" I can do approx. 250 kms ...
