I won't go into the looooong story, but there was a database issue and Garmin reached out to me to help diagnose/resolve. About a week ago it was working again. Seems to only have impacted the U.S. It says it's available now, and loading, but I still can't get any cameras to show up on the 'Up Ahead ...
