Just fitted the touratech for my XT which worked fine out of the packet but is now sticking and Ihave to manually push the cradle sides apart. have I missed something, there were no instructions.

My 590 attempted suicide at 120kmh along a main road that was reasonable condition. We had travelled quite some distance before it left the cradle so it was properly secured. I wasn't going to go back but did and snapped it back on.... Still working but cracks to casing ....screen fine. The securing ...
