Re: Average Speeds For Different Road Types
thanks to you both Peobody and lkraus, it helps a lot. I have also remarked that Google map is much more accurate and I'm trying to have both (talking about BaseCamp versus Google) match and avoid re-creating my routes in Google. But with all tests I did and time spend searching on this topic, I ...

Re: Average Speeds For Different Road Types
To @jfheath; To what speed have you set your settings in BaseCamp (adjust your average speeds) to calculate accurate ETA of a trip ? I'm trying to plan a 5000km trip to visit the Blue Ridge Mountain and I want to make sure my stops will be accurate, not too short or too fast versus the calculation ...

Re: Route problem created on Base Camp importing into my Zumo XT
Hi jfheath. Thanks again for additional info. As you can see in my pictures I have auto set on my XT and for my route as well. I was told a few years ago that it was preferable that way. Before my XT, I had a Zumo 396 and never had the issue I'm living now with my XT. This week I did a lot of ...

Route problem created on Base Camp importing into my Zumo XT
Hello, I am new to this forum. I come from Quebec and am an avid user of BaseCamp and Zumo for my motorcycle days. Here is my problem: Sometimes (not always .... and I don't know why) the routes made on BaseCamp are different from what I have prepared. It gives me, after importing and calculating ...

Re: CN NA 2022.20
Please Help! I install the new version 2022.20 on both my Garmin Zumo XT and Base Camp. Just like mentioned in this post, I'm missing some details; smaller roads. With Base Camp I'm able to switch it back to the previous version: 2022.10, but can't on GPS. I'll called Garmin and they say it's not ...
