Re: No share with garmin drive app
jfheath, I am certain that when I tested this last weekend, whatever I saved from MRA transferred all points as announcing vias. I don't know what I did earlier, but I am not able to duplicate my previous results. The V1.1 file I just tried is working exactly as you explained with shaping points ...

Re: No share with garmin drive app
I saved the routes using my PC directly from MRA web app to my Google drive. Then used the Google drive app on my android phone to share to Garmin drive.

Re: No share with garmin drive app
But briefly out of the 3 Route, Track, POI options, all of them transfer the track 'as is'. The route is transferred as a series of points. V1.0 transfers all of the route points - but they are all set as alerting Via Points, regardless of how they were set in MRA. V1.1 Transfers all of the route ...

Re: Faulty? Bluetooth questions
My XT is paired to my Sena 20s as a phone (A2DP). I have mp3 files on the XT playing music pretty much all the time. There are no red light cameras around here, but I definitely hear audible warnings for the alerts I've selected: school zones, railroad crossings and upcoming reduced speed zones ...

Re: Faulty? Bluetooth questions
Hi I can confirm the same behavior during music playing there is no audible alerts of the speed and cyclops. I don't mind that but it is that way. FWIW, after more testing, I determined that red light camera alerts work exactly as you would expect. Music stops, alert tone is played, then music ...

Re: Faulty? Bluetooth questions
Forget what I said! I just tried it and if apparently if you turn off headphone pairing it also turns off voice navigation, only music. The effect is certainly high-frequency clipping. Some voices may have a less noticeable effect than others. I will experiment with that on my next ride. Thanks for ...

Hi I can confirm the same behavior during music playing there is no audible alerts of the speed and cyclops. I don't mind that but it is that way. Thank you. At least I know that isn't broken on my XT. Though it makes absolutely no sense why they don't send the alert tones while playing music. Even ...

Re: Faulty? Bluetooth questions
thanks for responding. 1) I tried lowering the volume while navigation voice is speaking down in increments, all the way down to the point I could barely hear it. i confirmed that it was just the "voice" channel being lowered by playing some music, and the music remained at normal volume, but the ...

Faulty? Bluetooth questions
New XT user. I have some questions about bluetooth. I wonder if the odd things I am experiencing are "normal" and consistent with others experience or if I have a faulty XT. 1) Lispy Navigation voice MP3 music sounds fine through bluetooth. However, the navigation voice is lispy. for example when it ...
