if you have installed maps to Basecamp on a PC or Mac then the old version should be available, as I state above. It will need to be a version of the maps previously unlocked to your Zumo using Garmin Express.

@Scarecrow Have you tried deleting the downloaded map data already on your PC? Think you'll need to do that first, at least I did and it then worked.
