Rosetta will be phased out beginning with Mac OS 28. I assume your Neo came with OS 26, so you will be able to keep using Basecamp until/unless you update to 28 and maybe even then for some period of time. EDIT: Oops, might help to watch the video, Dan. Now I get it and it works perfectly. The key step I was missing (not enough coffee yet this morning) was to go one more step beyond returning to Trip Planner by tapping Saved Routes. Then My Active appears at the top.

The only time I have seen this happen (XT1) is when the map I used in BC and the one in the XT are not the exact same version. You probably know this, but thought I'd ask just in case.

I see two clues but can't suggest a fix. How long do you think the battery was "almost flat?" It's possible the protective circuit that disables a very low battery kicked in. It's purpose is to prevent charging a truly dead battery, which can cause overheating or fire.
