Re: Rosetta and Intel-based apps
Rosetta will be phased out beginning with Mac OS 28. I assume your Neo came with OS 26, so you will be able to keep using Basecamp until/unless you update to 28 and maybe even then for some period of time. My Intel iMac won't run any OS newer than 13, so I will stick with that until the computer ...

Re: Any tips to fix RUT without computer?
John,
EDIT: Oops, might help to watch the video, Dan. Now I get it and it works perfectly. The key step I was missing (not enough coffee yet this morning) was to go one more step beyond returning to Trip Planner by tapping Saved Routes. Then My Active appears at the top.
Thanks for your help ...

I'll try to answer everyone so far...
Peobody: I've been to your neck of the woods many times and the riding there is superb. Staying in Bryson City and then Little Switzerland.

Any tips to fix RUT without computer?
I'm off on a nice 2500-mile trip to the NC/TN mountains in a few weeks and I have pre-loaded a bunch of routes and used the Trip Repair Tool to make them all "Saved" routes.
But as we all know, there can be glitches that require re-loading (importing) a route from the SD card.
I seem to recall ...

Version 6.60 fixes RUT?
Just saw a post on Facebook that suggests new firmware fixes RUT on imported routes in the XT2. For me (XT1) the big question is should I get an XT2 or will an update fix my zumo, or hold out for an XT3? Tough choices.
Yes, I know how to fix imported routes, but it is time consuming and I had one ...

Re: Loading BC GPX files into XT3
The only time I have seen this happen (XT1) is when the map I used in BC and the one in the XT are not the exact same version. You probably know this, but thought I'd ask just in case.

Re: NFC fault - battery not charging
I see two clues but can't suggest a fix. How long do you think the battery was "almost flat?" It's possible the protective circuit that disables a very low battery kicked in. It's purpose is to prevent charging a truly dead battery, which can cause overheating or fire.

Re: XT3 crash (hopes of a decent nav dashed)
Nobody likes to come here to read insults being swapped, so I will not add to that. However, I do want to point out that an intermittent connection to vehicle power, such as with dirty or damaged pins in the XT cradle, can and does cause shutdowns, crashes, and other bad behavior. Removing an XT ...
