:cry: Sounds like a problem with the pins not making contact properly to me. Connecting via the USB port goes straight into unit socket and doesn't use the pins - this works ok. You know you have voltage across the pins but the power doesn't reach the Zumo - so likely the pins aren't connecting ...

Sounds like a problem with the pins not making contact properly to me. Connecting via the USB port goes straight into unit socket and doesn't use the pins - this works ok. If the unit powers up when the ignition is switched on then the pins must be making contact with the unit. Are you sure you are not getting a charging symbol on the unit because its already fully charged? (I'm assuming here that the symbol does indeed go out when fully charged?) If you ride with it ...

The file structure on the SD card is very important you must have a folder called Garmin (case sensitive) and within that folder another folder called GPX (again case sensitive) you then drop your route files into the GPX folder. I've found it also works fine if you create a folder named GPX on the ...
