I already heard back from Garmin and it looks like I will be sending in the XT2 and they will send me a replacement. I was curious about two of the questions they asked me though. Not very long. Just purchased it in May. For the price of this device, I expected much better quality. Will call them tomorrow to sort it out.

Just starting experiencing this problem. Is the only fix to get it replaced by Garmin?
