Ten years old

Sorry, the old battery won't charge completely it's ten old

I put it into the sat nav, the message just said

Insert battery.

The old battery works perfectly.

Hi guys. Just popped in here. I'm from Perth, Scotland I have a Garmin zumo 660. I've had this for since 2014. Hardly been used. I bought a new battery the other day. I fitted it into the sat nav and a message came up on the screen and it won't go on charge Insert battery..... Can anyone please tell...
