Ive just uninstalled the app & re-installed it & it made absolutely no difference whatsoever. Garmin need to sort this out asap. It pretty much makes the app redundant. I got the tablet so when at home & when on tour I could review & change routes easily & in comfort.

I've just purchased an XT2 & have begun the learning process of using it & tread together. I've also purchased an Android tablet to make map routing easier. It looks like it's a problem with the software on the servers or some such. I hope so or I've got a couple of expensive paperweights. Cheers ...
