Yeah, "Useful life of the unit". That should be a long, long time. :D The last sentence in the policy you posted does give me cause for concern, though: " Your nüMaps Lifetime subscription or other lifetime map subscription may not be transferred to another person or another Garmin product." Ken

Do Lifetime Maps go with a used 595?
I am selling my Garmin 595. It's up for auction on eBay. An interested party asked if the lifetime maps apply for a new owner.
I think they do; it says that one set of LMs go with every LM unit sold. But forever?
Anyone know for sure?

I like your definition of what my scheme has done. That's exactly right. I wanted routing instructions to not take priority. The reason I'm asking this question here on the Zumo 595 forum is because with my previous Zumos, the Zumo lady's routing instructions and alert tones would blank out my PackTalk intercom when the Zumo was connected as the second phone.
