Turns out the order was raised on the old part number, hence not sent out.
Then an order was raised that required me to pay postage. (£5.99). So another phone call and an order was raised without the postage. 24 hours later it still isn't showing as shipped.

02380524000 was the number I had. Tried the freephone number yesterday and got through.
The support team had stopped responding to my emails on the 27th may.

Finally got to TALK to someone at Garmin today. At last they are sending me a replacement mount. I'm mhoping this will sort the issue. I asked whether the cable requires replacing at the same time they reckoned No. We'll see what happens when it arrives.

I don't know if it will help but on my SD card I have the mp3 folder, which contains a folder for each artist containing that artists songs.

I know at one point I had over a thousand songs on the zumo 595. I've got rid of some tracks on the XT simply because I was bored with them.

If you touch "Speed" at the bottom of the screen you get a dashboard that gives all sorts of info.

I too find Livetracks ommision disappointing. I couldn't find a way of sharing tracks with Garmin Explore app without buying an inreach unit. I've changed the insulating tape on the unit for masking tape on the mount. I was still getting occassional power interuption with the insulation tape. So far the masking tape is working.
