I can get the phone and gts and headset but can't get the zumo into the mix

again

I have a 2020 harley ultra limited
1. I want to hook up my Cardo Pack talk bold
2. I want to hook up zumo 595
3. I wnat to hook up my Samsung Note 9
can't seem to get them all to work anyone have the secret to get them to install together

ok out riding yesterday and lost all connections quit. now I cant get my 2020 harley gts to connect to headset gps,phone
anyone have to same or a guide as to what to do in what order

did the flash still no good

I can see the plug in the choice of options in the fm xm etc window but inop

I have a 2020 Harley GTS and am trying to get the zumo to feed thru the radio I put the accessory 3.5 mm plug on the cb plug and plugged into the zumo audio out and still no audio to the radio anyone ????
