I will venture to say that you unit is faulty. I've never had this problem and it even awuires satellites indoors. I've never had the dreaded U-Turn problem either.

Ok this time it is for real. Garmin released an update. Version 4.25.20. everything works as it should.

Here is an example of voice control with the Garmin Drivesmart 66. Would be nice if it could be done in a future iteration of the Zumo. Don't mind the text message tone in the video.

Yes, you need to roll back to a previous version of Garmin Drive.
