Since you didn't mention it, I'll ask.
Are you trying to load Canada and the entire lower 48, or just Canada and the bordering states.
Where are you trying to load the maps, internal memory, or an expansion SD card.
Have you tried to load Canada using the Basecamp Mapinstall option?

Re: How to put maps onto your PC
scrider, I did think of an idea, but I'd rather not hijack this thread any further and confuse the original topic.
If you want to start your own thread/topic I'd be glad to post it for you.

According to the user manual, the Media Player app in the zumo will play music stored on the zumo, or from a bluetooth connection, or Pandora via a wifi link. Here's a link for the manuals(U.S. version): https://support.garmin.com/support...

Don't forget about the routing profile as well, BTDT myself. Make sure it is not set on "direct".

Re: Old forum
I guess that's one way to stop conversations about a new forum....... It can't take 3 days to restore a backup. He intended to shut it down anyway, why would he care if another new forum was discussed, it had been quite clear he wasn't going to get the $$ he wanted and he surely isn't going to get i...
Re: Welcome
Thanks Stu, I'll admit I don't use my 550 as much as I used to(and my 2820 even less.... lol) but I'm still open to helping those that I can.
