POI list from Excel to Garmin Zumo

Hello! I have a list of beautiful view points in Excel for an Italian trip. How can I export a list of coordinates of points of interest from my computer (Excel sheet) to the Garmin Zumo XT?

You will need Garmin POI loader, free software.
