Hi from the Midlands

Post by Scuff »

Thanks for having me.
I have been a Garmin user for ages, using flight gps and on bike BMW nav (not always on the BMW). Fighting my way through route planning with the Base Camp software.
I have just upgraded to the Zumo XT2, its Tread software seems more straightforward but is still tricky.
I am finding some quirks, mainly the unit not displaying or warning of speed cameras with the cyclops database. The option for proximity warnings only shows the traffic light cameras option, no other.🤬

I'm hoping to pick up a few tips and tricks from you guys. 👍🏻👍🏻

Welcome to the forum from the Southeastern USA. There are a lot of smart folks here who are generous with their knowledge. The environment they have created is very comfortable and accepting. Come for their brains, hang out for their personalities.
