@Granvet
Late to the party on this one and unsure what your issue is. From your earlier screenshots the map is showing in detail in BaseCamp so what is the problem? If it's working but showing as locked or unauthenticated that shouldn't be an issue

This is the .gma file I copyed from XT and then imported to PC with JaVaWa GMTK:
- folder with gma file from XT
- code XT.PNG (13.48 KiB) Viewed 3886 times
I notice the date says 19/07/2021 and the file doesn't starts with a letter D ????
Is it possible that the problem is within the Zumo XT that somehow the code is wrong?
Maybe some problem on the instalation and that's why it cannot transfer the map and unlock codes properly to the PC and Basecamp?

Not sure if the filename needs to start with D. But the file date is suspicious. If the map on your Xt is not correct, it would explain.
3 remarks/questions I have
- Did you try to install that gma with JavaWa GMTK?
- What does the Xt say when you look in Navigation/MyMaps?
- You can try to reinstall the map to your Xt and see if it make a difference

@sussamb the 2023.2 map shows Unlocked or Unauthenticated on Basecamp and has no detail. Only shows main roads like highways and a dot on cities, no streets or POI.
The maps that have full detail are 2022.2 and 2023.1 that I previous installed on PC Basecamp without any problems.
Bellow are screenshots of the same area (Lisbon airport) with the same zoom level on each map:
Europe 2022.2 at 500m zoom
- Europe 2022.2
- Europe 2022.2.PNG (1.16 MiB) Viewed 3883 times
Europe 2023.1 at 500m zoom
- Europe 2023.1
- Europe 2023.1.PNG (1.14 MiB) Viewed 3883 times
Europe 2023.2 at 500m zoom ("map detail locked" yellow message on bottom right corner)
- Europe 2023.2
- Europe 2023.2.PNG (203.98 KiB) Viewed 3883 times

Ah ok. Your screenshot earlier seemed to have all the detail I'd expect but it was zoomed out further. Such an issue is normally fixed by uninstalling the map then reinstalling it, as you appear to have tried that then hopefully Garmin can help by providing the correct gma file

Hi
@FrankB
- I installed the .gma file following your instructions on JaVaWa GMTK. I got a message "The unlock codes were imported"
- See bellow these photos from XT My Maps:
- Zumo XT My Maps 1.jpg (344.96 KiB) Viewed 3881 times
- Zumo XT My Maps 2.jpg (260.16 KiB) Viewed 3881 times
- Zumo XT My Maps 3.jpg (342.98 KiB) Viewed 3881 times
- Guess I'll try to reinstall the map on XT! Best way is with Garmin Express button "Reinstall map" on Map Details I guess?
Thanks for all your patience on this.

The maps on the Xt look good. But what I dont understand. I think you should have 2 GMA files. At least I have 2 GMA files and have the same maps as you.
It made no difference, on your PC, after you imported the GMA File I assume?
Yes, reinstall with Garmin Express.

I did the uninstall/reinstall several times on my PC and also on my son's PC and the result is always the same: 2023.2 map locked.
I also tried the Unlock Code sent by Garmin Support and the only thing that changed was the map went from Locked to Unauthenticated wich is basically the same thing.
Then I installed the .gma file supplied by Garmin Support but that didn't solve the problem either.
I guess all that's left is try to reinstall the 2023.2 map on the XT itself and then try to install it on PC Basecamp and see if that fixes the problem...

The .gma file highlighted in blue is the one sent by Garmin Support. It's still on the folder but the map remains locked.
But there are another two .gma files in this folder. The ones with a long name...
And an .ucx file too.

I reinstalled the map on Zumo XT. Everything went ok:
- Zumo XT map reinstall.PNG (48.97 KiB) Viewed 3870 times
I then installed Europe 2023.2 map on Basecamp PC. Got again this message at the end:
- Basecamp map reinstall.PNG (45.3 KiB) Viewed 3870 times
I then went to Zumo XT folder to check his .gma files and found all these 5 including a new one dated today:
- codes XT.PNG (54.56 KiB) Viewed 3870 times
I might try to import these again to PC usisng JaVaWa GMTK. What do you think?
In that case should I copy all these 5 .gma files or only the most recent one?
