Garmin Express is now 6.8.10.

Checked that Mapinstall worked, which it did. Updated Garmin Express to 6.9.10 and tried a reinstall of the maps via Garmin Express, which it did

you mean 6.8.1.0 ?

so it was a Garmin Express version problem after all?

Could have been anything, generally these days it's not an Express problem which is mainly only updated to cope with problems with Garmin fitness devices and watches .

Yes 6.8.10.

I don't know what corrected it, but now have maps etc in the right place and the right version. Hopefully the 595 will be able to work with the bluetooth connected to my helmet and phone, or is that hoping for too much?

Hello friends, my zumo 595 has 2019.10 and Garmin express, updated, not see the Europe 2019.20.
Where is the problem?
In other gps of my friend, Zumo 590, always on my pc, has installed the 2019.20.
I don't understand.

If you have lifetime EU maps and you're running the latest version of Express and it still isn't showing remove your device from Express and then re-add it. If it then doesn't show you'll need to call Garmin for help.

Tried to update the maps I have installed on my PC, but it comes up with an error saying the update could not be installed. Anyone else getting/had this?
Not sure if the update is corrupt, or my pc is blocking it. Updated fine previously
