2024.20 is being offered to me in Express now.
[Later] And successfully installed to my 2x 590 upgraded to 595 using 7.18.3.0 on Windows 8.1.

I updated the maps via garmin express and now I get the Cannot Unlock Maps message now. What do I need the do to fix this problenm?
