Bear in mind the 5 inch and 5.5 is the actual screen size not the unit

The unit could be the same size but smaller surround giving a larger screen

Garmin announced at a European trade fair they will be releasing a new Zumo XT in a couple of weeks (target date of March 4th). They had some for folks to handle and from reports I have read, although there is not a lot of detail:
5.5" screen with vastly improved visibility as bright or brighter than the Nav VI
built in battery with 4 hr life. elimating pins that were a problem with some 590s and 595s
Improved routing features
Similar physically to BMW Nav VI

If I remember the 595 was supposed to have a 4hr battery life as well!!

It will be interesting to see if something happens tomorrow.

Tried to talk to some dealers during the weekend but they don't seem to now anything.
Or they are told to keep shut.
When I asked Garmin Sweden on the MC-fair in January they said maybe 2021 or 2022.

@ skipper, i had the zumo in my hands on the Motorbeurs in Utrecht. Screen is 5,5 inch with 396 LMT apearance . Hardware is quik and responsive. The XT will be announced tomorrow. I have placed a preorder. The waiting has begun

The new Zumo looks very very good, no tpms though.

I found the Zumo XT on Garmin's US website this morning. I just ordered one.
