I have a laptop that was Win8 that received a forced update to Win10

A couple of weeks ago it had another big MS update, last time I looked at it I had the front end and could log into my acccount. But all I had then was a black screen and the mouse pointer.

I suspect this may hinder me getting to grips with BC :shock: :lol: :lol:

It's definitely not gonna help the process Jim :roll: My laptop shows a similar screen occasionally and sometimes it's only a re-boot that clears it. Technology is wonderful---when it's behaving itself.
Keep plugging away at BC, you'll find it's worth it in the end but only if you can see it on your screen! ;)

My suggestion was going to be, if it didn't work after a re-boot, then just simply boot it ! :lol: :lol:
