As already posted, the "solution" doesn't work for me. When trying to use mapinstall (which is also how basecamp installs maps) I get maps locked notice eventhough maps are unlocked in basecamp.

Again, not an immediate help for you but just one more option.

I second that. Send your unit to Chris Short at Shorttronics AKA Palm Doctor. There are 2 options available. An 8 gig or 16 gig memory upgrade. I did the 16 gig and the entire north American mapset is installed on my 665. I have used Chris for a few repairs now. He is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong sending your unit to him...

Zumo 660.Latest and last NT Europe 2025.10

This thread did give me the solution.
Still cant get the entire region, since the 2025.10 map is 6Gb and limit seems to be 4 Gb due I guess FAT32

I was insitially confused aboutthe instructions to use BaseCamp to sned the map as it does not give that optoion directly

Seem you need to chose at least one waipoint to brign up the Send to Device Window, and then use the "Send Maps" option that then launches Map Instal AND IT IS MAP INSTALL that offers to send the map to SD card.

That has taken over a year to work this out...
or actually remember it as I had done it in the past

So for myself or other in future.this is reminder pn how to do it

Open BaseCamp
Send a Waypoint
Choose to Send maps to device
then select the SD card and Options and select the areas you need.

I've never needed to send a waypoint prior to sending a map. If it works for you though ... :D
