No vocal instruction

Hi to all
The Zumo stop the vocal instruction.
I check all the parameter, is the same i always used.
I try with the factory reset, and the problem still.

When i change same parameter, random, sometime the vocal instruction restart, but when i power off the device, after the restart, if i put a new destination it say only the first instruction and nothing else.

Sameone have any idea?

Does it have the problem with and without a bluetooth headset, or only on one of these?

I have the Midland Btx2 Pro

But..i try without the headset, with the Zumo speaker, and the problem is the same.

I have the same problem with my unit, using it in the car on its built in speaker. The unit says ; 'please drive to highlighted route' then nothing.
Has only just started doing this, so I will need to call Garmin.

Andrew - I have just spoken to Garmin UK, they have asked me to send them a video of it happening, I get the impression that they know there is an issue.
I would suggest that you contact Garmin also.

I also contacted Garmin mate
They ask to me to send to their teh Zumo for reparation.

I remember another case in a Facebook group.
