Reporting POI errors example Coral in the UK

In the UK I noticed that Coral are listed as Petrol stations, they are in fact a bookie. This is very annoying as there is one in every town so it tends to always be at the top of the list.
I reported this to Garmin support a long time ago, they told me to report it here https://my.garmin.com/mapErrors/report.faces
I did but nothing happened , I followed up Garmin support UK and they said tough, nothing they can do . Wow not unexpected hopeless support.
Can someone else in the UK please report this and see if anything happens
