BT Connection problems with midland btx2 pro s and ktm dashboard

Hi guys, I have a zumo xt since March 2020 but, since last summer, I have problems on the Bluetooth connection.
The Zumo after the pairing with the Midland btx2 pro s interphone, works fine until I switch off the Zumo. After a switch off/switch on, the Zumo lost the paring, the interphone not is on the paired devices
I tried to reset to factory default the Zumo and the interphone but without success.
Since the same time, I have connection problems also with connection to my ktm 1290 adventure dashboard, the connection isn't stable, audio isn't stable, connection not stable.
On last November, garmin has changed me the device (for another problem) but the problems are the same.
Anyone had the same problems?
