Can Garmin Express be installed on Mac?

This is my first post in the forum. Fortunately, I found Garmin Express, according to the introduction, this is the software used to download the map settings. I really need it at this moment. Can Garmin Express be installed on Mac? Or only install on Windows?

Just select the mac option

I have it loaded on my new Mac running OS Monterey and it also ran quite happily on my old Mac running OS Catalina
Edit: I don't use Garmin Express much but this thread reminded me so i have just updated to v7.12 on OS Monterey no problems. Once I updated GE it then updated a couple of things on the GPS, a time file or something and one other.
