Garmin Drive "Where to" issue

Hi there, I have a new Zumo XT and installed the Garmin Drive app on my Samsung S22U. Everything is working ok except the "where to" option. When I enter the name of city/place and hit search only the name comes out and no map, so I cannot make the route. I have asket Garmin support in Slovenia withouth success, have also written a mail to Garmin EU support, still no answer. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall 3 times, gave the app all the permissions, cleared the cache, cleared the data, and so on but with no success. Anyone can help pls? On my iPhone, the map is Apple maps. I don't know exactly what that means. Apple app=Apple maps? Apple maps is default map app on my phone?

FWIW, I have never used the Drive app to create a route. I have always done it on the XT itself.

Looks to me an issue with your phone. You can see the map appearing shortly.

On my Samsung S9 it works.

Grazie! The search is working but no maps shown and no options to put new address....it gives me only the option to select from suggestion. I have tried to install Garmin Drive to another phone, an iPhone 12 mini and there is the same issue.
