Definitely not Zumo related but can anyone using Windows 10 tell me if Windows Media Player has crashed or been discontinued by Microsoft? I use it for viewing my Gopro videos but it seems to have gone AWOL

are you getting that on every file? could be a problem with the recording!

you could always try opening windows media player to see if it works

I can play the files on "Power DVD for Lenovo"
Windows Media Player won't open and I can't find it in programmes or Device Manager. It was working fine a few days ago

I have it on mine and its working fine I haven't heard of it getting discontinued or anything

OK Stu, thanks for looking. I'll keep investigating as I prefer Media Player to the Lenovo option.

you could also try downloading it again

I had a big Windows update a couple of weeks ago, the Media Player is still on my laptop though Groove Music has replaced it as the default player of tunes. I right click/open with/the file to use Media Player.

I tried that and I get the notification shown in the earlier screenshot saying "Server execution failed"

If I could find Media Player in Programmes and Features, I'd uninstall and download it again. It shows on my taskbar but nowhere else which is very strange!

I have windows 10 and Media player working fine
