Hello all, I'm bit confused about the volume level of the smart notifications coming from the mobile. I cold not figure out how to change this level (it's very loud and overbeat the music), it is able only to suppress the sound when I'm in do not disturb (focus) mode on the iPhone. What's your experiences with this please?

There are 4 mixer volume controls (at least) on the XT
Navigation
Media
Phone
Proximity Alerts
and the master Volume which may be disabled if you have a bluetooth device connected.
You can set the realtive vloume of each volume slider, and control them all witht he master control.
If it says that you have to adjust the volume on the device, then you will have to get the level correct on the mixer first.
The master volume can be accessed by tapping the Volume button on the main screen.
The mixer volume controls are accessed from the Mixer (Arrow Right) just below the Master volume

Hello John,
Of course I've played with the mixer which includes only:
Navigation
Media
Proximity Alerts
Mine intercom is Schuberth SC1A (Sena 10U). Maybe the type of the pairing is the issue (mobile phone vs GPS vs stereo devices). It says "Media connected" or "Phone connected" status voice if reconnected. XT -> iPhone should be paired as mobile and XT -> Sena should be paired as GPS. I need this re-check.
All music is going from iPhone which is same source of smart notifications. Only way is to mute the notifications via Focus (Driving mode). There is the setting activate "When connected to car Bluetooth" but this not working. XT is not car connected Bluetooth.

Ah. OK.
Do you have the Garmin Drive App loaded and installed on your phone ?
This (free) app provides a link between your phone and the XT. It doesn't have anything that controls the volume, but when it is installed on the phone, you can control which notifications are sent from your phone to the XT. This should cut out a lot of the un-necessary alerts from reaching the Zumo.
This assumes that you have the phone and the headset both connected to the Zumo.
ie : Phone <------> Zumo XT <------> Intercom
Any other way, and you will have all sorts of other issues.

Yeah sure app installed but iOS doesn't allow to select the apps it is selected directly on XT. But I wanna to see the notification. I've solved it now simply. It is unpossible to separate phone music volume from sound phone notifications volume. Needs only to mute them via Focus.
The volume of smart notifications = volume of phone (including music).
But XT custom POI sounds (pocket gps world camera alert) are very loud as well and this I have to figure out via master volume (proximity volume doesn't not control the POI).
Thanks John for your replies.

Update: the single tone ding XT alert is played before notification sound. This tone is annoyed, not notification assigned sound by phone itself. I cannot disable this ding tone event I've tried to disable proximity alert sound.
Update2: I don't know how exactly, but single tone disapeared (I've been playing with proximity audio alerts, off and back to on now)
