Thanks for the welcome!

A few examples of wisdom I've gained from here over the years:
  • How to get the later, much larger, cartography for all of Europe to load onto the internal memory of a Zumo 660 by using a removable drive and not bothering with the 3D "eye candy"
  • Getting confirmation of what folders and files left behind by Express after updating cartography I could delete with impunity to release space on my PC's SSD
  • Learning the vagaries of how the routing worked on my BMW Nav VI from the excellent Zumo 590/595 guide written by @jfheath
  • Saving me much teeth gnashing when I bought my Zumo XT and couldn't find a way to get Express to update the cartography on my PC (it was the time of the Zumo firmware / Express version issue). Fortunately I still had my Nav VI during that period so could use that to get the PC's cartography updated
Plus other little tips and tit-bits too numerous to list.

Hopefully I'll be able to make the odd useful contribution to the community by way of thanks. My first one relates to a cartography update issue, here
