Routing Error??

When I power up Zumo, I'm getting the error in the pic, also:"Cannot unlock maps". When I search for a place, I get "Cannot find search results for xxx". This just started. What is going on?

Did a map update fail? Try plugging into Express and updating it.

Yes. About a week ago my PC crashed while it was updating. I suspected this to be the issue. I have connected to GE several times. It says "You're up to date" and "Software Version: 6.60".....

Check in Settings, Map&Vehicle, myMaps to see what is shown and that a valid map is selected.

If nothing choose the Reinstall option in Express

Edit: The maps looked good and were selected. I reinstalled and it worked.
