Hi guys

Having a panic attack here - so hopefully some one can help.

Im off on a 2 week trip to France next week and had planned all my routes in Basecamp and loaded them all on to my trusted Zumo 3x0 (circa 2016).

Unfortunately it gave up the ghost yesterday - so a picked up a refurbished Zumo 340 on Amazon.

Maps on my Zumo 3x0 were Europe city navigator 2024 - which seems to be the latest update for it? But maps on the Zumo 340 are Europe city navigator 2025
When I tried to load the maps I created in basecamp on to the 340 - I got errors and trips wouldn't load.
When I change the map in Basecamp to the 2025 version - the routes all appear as straight lines - even when I recalculate the routes.

Any ideas, on what I need to do - apart from buy a Michielin map !!

In basecamp ensure that the profile you have selected is Motorcycle and re-calculate all the routes again. When you loaded the 2025.10 maps basecamp profile may have defaulted to Direct.??

You can't simply send the maps from BaseCamp as they won't work on your new device. Use Express to update the maps on the new one. Or did you mean send the routes?

Maybe you can redo your routes in Basecamp using the 2025 maps and recalculate them. Make sure also that the map and device profiles match up. Worst case, you can always use your phone map too.
