Won't turn on

Hi,

Just bought a second hand 660LM.
The seller said it did not start and needed a factory reset.
In one thing he was right, it doesn't start.
It won't start at all. No screen, not stuck on Garmin logo, nothing.
Battery is good and full as I changed it with the charged battery of a working other 660.
I tried a soft and hard reset but the screen stays black.
I tried to connect it to my laptop with GE on it but it can't find it either.
There is no SD card in it.

I need some help / tips.

Have a look here--page 44. Press power button and hold for 8 seconds.

Thanks, I just tried that but pressing the powerbutton for 8 seconds doesn't work either.
I tried it with battery, with battery and USB adapter, with only USB adapter.
I also tried to press it for 2 minutes.
Same result.

I opened it up to look for burned electric compononents. Found no obvious signs of that.
I think I will try to do some measurements with the multimeter to see if perhaps no power is going to the board.

First I will try to put it in de the bike cradle as power is then coming in via another source.
