I've had my Zumo 660 on my ancient BMW bike for at least 10 years and it has worked faultlessly. Last week Garmin told me to upload a new map for Germany, which I did. This subsequently scrambled the programme inside and I can now view motorways only. No adresses, no small roads, no detail. I have the original DVD but no code and although I have 3 Garmin GPS devices Garmin will not assist me to recover the 25 code for the DVD. I need to buy or borrow a DVD that has the code. Any help very is much appreciated.

If your garmin is registered to you in My Garmin and has Lifetime Maps you should be able to upgrade your mapping via Garmin Express. It looks like you only have the basemap which only has main roads. If you don't have LM maps and your original maps have dissapeared you should be able to reload your original maps. I haven't used a DVD to load maps since CN 9 which was before the (then) new NT series. But I think then that the S/N of the maps was printed on the DVD sleeve and linked to your device via your My Garmin account.
Failing that theres always
