Possible to change speed display to something else?

Hi all, has anyone found out how to override the display in the lower left corner where current speed is shown?
My bike already has a clear speed display, and I find this info on the Garmin to be redundant and better suited for other information.
I am hoping this is configurable and that I am just missing something obvious.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Don't have your model but try long press on the icon. If that does nothing then it's almost certainly not changeable.

No it isn't. Sorry !

But if you select the menu, bottom right, you can select one of a number of displays. One of these is Trip Data. Select that and you get a column of 3 extra buttons above the one bottom right.

All 4 of these are configurable.

On BMW Navigator 6 (garmin device) there was a possibility to customize that. In XT2 you're forced to see your speed in the left down corner, no way to change that.

You're also forced to see banners with incoming speed limits. No way to remove that.

You're also forced to see what tune your phone just started streaming - again, no way to disable this. Same for tripadvisor banner.

Thanks to all for the information.
I just don't understand why Garmin would think we must have the speed limit showing there when I am sure 90+ percent of users already have that info displayed somewhere else, easily seen on their vehicle. Allowing that to be customized to something else just can't be that hard to do especially since you can already do that to the one on the lower right.
I hope Garmin could see their way to fixing this on a software update.
