Is there a music streaming service for my XT to play music on motorcycle trips?

Yes. Any of them.
You will need a cell phone to stream to the XT. The XT will display the album art and you can pause, play, and skip from the XT if you wish.

For streamed stuff I use spotify and if I'm out of mobile coverage I have about 20gb of music on my phone that I play through Musicolet. Both work well with the XT.

Good luck getting the XT to reliably play music from your phone. The Bluetooth connectivity requires constant fiddling, and on average about every third time I tried it it wouldn't work at at unless I completely unpaired EVERY device from the XT, then paired them IN THE SPECIFIC ORDER needed, and even then it broke up the audio regularly until it quit completely AGAIN. Do yourself a favor- put about 6000 songs on an SD card, put it in the XT and play music from there. You'll end fewer days with heartburn and headaches from the aggravation.

Mine phone seems to work fine with the XT, obviously not the same for everyone!. I have music on the SD card but the music navigation and playlist play of spotify and musicolet is much better than playing music direct from the unit.

Music from my iPhone was unreliable, but worse, it automatically started playing as soon as the phone was connected. I put the music on the SD card and disabled it on the XT by turning off the "Media Audio" option in the bluetooth connection configuration for the phone on the XT.
