Need opinions on Sena SF1

I am thinking of this Sena SF1 Bloothooth device for naviation messages from my Zumo 396
The UGREEN bluetooth receiver that I have is not working well on navigation messages,
Garmin Support said I need a headset not a receiver.
I need opinions on this Sena SF1 good or bad.
