Hello all,
Just like to introduce myself.
I live in Flanders - Belgium and have been riding practically all my life (the last years mostly IBA rides..)
Being 65 jrs of age, I think one is never too old to learn a new trick.

I don't know the Zumo 396, but my impression from reading the manual is that it shares more than a few similarities with the 595.
In which case you may find this document useful reading: Follow the link to Zumo 590/5 & BC in my signature. Download the pdf. It has Basecamp in the title, but much of it applies to the Zumo no matter which route planning software that you use.
