Can I connect Bluetooth earphones to 595

I have Bluetooth Powerbeats earphones connected to my iPhone Max and the iPhone is connected to the 595 via Bluetooth. I can play Spotify and the sound is incredible...I can control it on my GPS screen and I believe I can make and receive phone calls (have not tested this yet but all my phone options show up on the GPS screen). However, I cannot hear my GPS directions...the audio is not being transmitted through the Powerbeats. I have a Sena Bluetooth helmet and everything worked with it but I found the volume hard to hear. I have no interest in communicating with other riders at this point in time so I prefer to use my Powerbeats due to the great sound quality. What am I doing wrong? I can’t connect directly to the 595...it says device can’t be found. Please help!!!!
