Garmin Express installation issue

For the longest time (at least it seems to me) Garmin Express will fail to install with MS Visual C++ redistributables installed on a PC.
Is everyone here uninstalling the packages and reinstalling them once Express has been updated? This is ridiculous...

I've installed it on 2 laptops and a PC, all having MS visual c++ redistributable a on them. Didn't have any issues.

Garmin Express has not updated since my latest Surface update (that reinstalled C++ 27820 and 27821) so I cannot say if this issue still exists. However prior to this, pretty much every time, the Express update failed to install, but installed right away after C++ was removed in EVERY instance. This is not coincidence...

Maybe not, but that component is installed on all my computer's and there was no issue installing GE
