Bad audio in BT phone call?

Hi
I'm struggling with bad audio in my earpieces during a phone call. It is as the audio is cut into pieces when the other part speaks. I did not have such issues with my zumo 390, and both BT headset (Cardio Freecom 4) and phone (iPhone 11) are the same.
I have deleted all BT connections and paired again, which did not help. Playing music from my iPhone to BT headset (via the GPS) sounds ok.
I have also just updated to latest Freecom 4 firmware, which did not change anything.

Anyone heard similar issue?

It won't help but I have similar issues with my 590

Routing from phone to headset is no issue

Yes I did. For solving another issue I had to reset both my Zumo XT and My BT Headset again, and after that it went away.
