I am trying to update my maps for my 396. I have downloaded the latest Garmin Express 7.5.0.0, connected my device which is recognised, and it tells me that I have Updates Available. When I ask to View Details it hangs and does not show any items. Anyone else had this problem?

Just released for those of us in Europe with the older 550 and 660 Zumos

Just to clarify this update is for CN EU 2021.10 NTU, not for the older CN EU NT maps

New update for the older Garmins now available. Downloaded to both my 550 and 660 without problems.

As a footnote I mentioned that Garmin support had told me that I would receive an email after the problem had been solved. I did not receive one but a few days ago I got an email asking for feedback so I mentioned the missing email in amongst the other items. Within minutes I received an email ...

Thank you sussamb. As a matter of interest how did you find out that Garmin had fixed it? The email I was promised from support has not arrived.

So I still have received no notification from Garmin but I have just tried downloading CN Europe NT 2020.1 to computer only with my Zumo 550 connected and it seems to be working. I will report back if I get a reply from Garmin support,

Agreed; I downloaded the NTU maps to the PC only a while ago when they were first released without any problems.

I have the same problems with both a 550 and a 660. My computer is running Win 10 and all the software is up to date (Garmin Express and unit software). In each case I can download to the unit but not to either unit + PC or to PC Only. I have spent around 30 minutes talking to Garmin support in the ...
