Yes, It's not the same as in the real world. We may have got off track with this simulation issue though. From the discussion so far, it doesn't seem like anyone else has encountered the same issue as I have with insufficient zoom in ability using a city navigator map on an SD card. Not yet anyway.

Well, can't replicate the problem till next winter back in Portugal. In the meantime I'm hoping someone else with a 390Lm has encountered this problem with an SD card map and found a solution.
