I will venture to say that you unit is faulty. I've never had this problem and it even awuires satellites indoors. I've never had the dreaded U-Turn problem either.

I'm on the latest update and this isn't happening on mine.

I've been avoiding updates for months so as not to screw it up again but after your post I've just updated and bounced through loads of Spotify songs plus some of my mp3s directly on the phone and all's good. Ok this time it is for real. Garmin released an update. Version 4.25.20. everything works as it should.

Here is an example of voice control with the Garmin Drivesmart 66. Would be nice if it could be done in a future iteration of the Zumo. Don't mind the text message tone in the video.

Yes, you need to roll back to a previous version of Garmin Drive.

Deleted. Never mind still the same version. The last update said April 22. Thought it said May 22.
