For those of you that may have the Zumo 595 with TPMS and a full touring bike I have a question for you. My bike has the hard saddlebags and the rear tour pack trunk and it keeps dropping the signal from the rear TPMS for short periods. I have switched the front and back and it still drops the back one. I called Garmin and they said it was because the signal is being blocked by all the things around the rear tire. If you have this same setup can you let me know how well it works for you.
I think I found the problem. The batteries in both sensors are almost dead. This was purchased less than 30 days ago
Zumo 595 w TPMS question
Re: Zumo 595 w TPMS question
I have a 1700 Nomad wih hard bags and I do not have this problem.
Only when I start the Zumo in the garage it might say there is no connection but as soon as I
start moving it goes away.

Thanks for the replies to this. I have ordered new batteries and will see if it works after installing them.

Re: Zumo 595 w TPMS question
On the old forum there was a thread about this - lots of people seem to have the problem. I have a 14 CVO Limited, my friend has a 14 Limited, and they both work faultlessly. Batteries have been changed several times. Seems to be luck of the draw...
Re: Zumo 595 w TPMS question
There were problems with the 590 when it first came out and I believe most issues people had were fixed; mine certainly were. I don't know about the 595.
One thing I have seen is that when beside certain cars (late model Fords?) it seems their TPMS signal can cause issues until you pull away.
